Conditional Assured Loan is setup for students who are unable to provide credit history

however they are able to pay 25 % of the full tuition fee.



Conditional Assured Loan have certain criterias for the borrower:

Firstly, the borrower must be a US citizen and they must be able to provide proof to show that

they are able to pay the loan.

Secondly, The borrower needs to have a second person on the loan with them.
